Vision Christian Store Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! 

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a credit or refund,  if you are not happy with any product purchased from Vision Christian Store. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 21 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be returned in new and saleable condition with all packaging and accessories
  • Shrink-wrapped items must still be intact with original shrink wrap (except in the case of faulty goods)
  • Products purchased are being used in the correct format as they were purchased (Meaning the incorrect purchase format (Eg. MP3, but meaning to order a DVD) is purchased at buyers own risk)

Please return goods with your original receipt.

We’d also appreciate an explanation with the reason you have decided to return the goods.

If the return is due to change of mind or non satisfactory reasons, a store credit can be applied and the same conditions above applies. This Credit will be for the full purchase price, minus the actual shipping charge incurred by Vision Store. This is also the case when a customer purchases a product in the incorrect format, it is treated as a 'Change of Mind.'

We recommend you use a registered mail service, as we do not refund the value of goods not received due to loss in transit.

Please note: refunds will be made using the original payment method (e.g. if you paid with a card, we will reverse the transaction; or if you paid by cheque, you will receive a refund via cheque).

We will replace the original goods or issue a refund only when they returned in perfect condition (faulty goods excepted). Postage costs will not be refunded unless goods are faulty and items are unable to be replaced.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel, we must be notified within 60 days, after this time, Australia Post no longer accepts responsibility for missing parcels. Because of this, after the 60 days Vision is unable to resend or refund the product.

This return policy is subject to change without notice. Customers must go through a 'Trouble Shooting' process over the phone prior to receiving a Refund or Credit, in the case of locally manufactured goods.
