In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a refund, if you are not happy with any product purchased from Vision Christian Store. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
Please return goods with your original receipt.
We’d also appreciate an explanation with the reason you have decided to return the goods.
If the return is due to change of mind or non satisfactory reasons, a store credit can be applied and the same conditions above apply.
We recommend you use a registered mail service, as we do not refund the value of goods not received due to loss in transit.
Please note: refunds will be made using the original payment method (e.g. if you paid with a card, we will reverse the transaction; or if you paid by cheque, you will receive a refund via cheque).
We will replace the original goods or issue a refund only when they returned in perfect condition (faulty goods excepted). Postage costs will not be refunded unless good are faulty and items are unable to be replaced.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel, we must be notified within 90 days, after this time, Australia Post no longer accepts responsibility for missing parcels. Because of this, after the 90 days Vision is unable to resend or refund the product.
