If you want us to Express Ship your order, it will need to be placed by 11 am AEST (QLD time) each business day for same-day mail.
Express delivery is usually the next day to major capitals and 2-3 days to Australian regional areas, depending on your location.
The above are estimates based only on information provided by Australia Post. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these times because once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is outside our control. If your delivery goes missing, we’ll do everything we can to track it down promptly. Australia Post can take up to 10 days to locate missing parcels. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel, we must be notified within 90 days. After this time, Australia Post no longer accepts responsibility for missing parcels. Because of this, after 90 days, Vision cannot resend or refund the product.
