How long will it take?

If you want us to Express Ship your order, it will need to be placed by 1pm AEST (QLD time) each business day for same day mail.

Express delivery is usually next day to major capitals and 2-3 days to Australian regional areas, depending on your location.

Times above are estimates only based on information supplied to us by Australia Post. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee these times because once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is outside our control. In the event of your delivery going missing, we'll do everything we can to track it down promptly. Australia Post can take up to 10 days to locate missing parcels. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel, we must be notified within 90 days, after this time, Australia Post no longer accepts responsibility for missing parcels. Because of this, after the 90 days Vision is unable to resend or refund the product.

Using a 'Shop' address removes Visions Liability if the package gets lost, as Australia Post does not guarantee deliveries to shop addresses.
